How to set up Your Chiron Health Account on a Laptop or Desktop Computer

What you need:

  • Laptop or desktop computer with a camera, microphone, and speakers.
  • Google Chrome or Firefox web browser (download Chrome here).

 

Check your email

Open your email and find the email from support@chironhealth.com. Here you will find an email link to your Chiron Health account.

Use this link to setup your account. Copy and paste the link into Google Chrome or Firefox web browser.

 

Set up account

Complete basic information and proceed through the registration steps.

If you’d like to use insurance for your visit, be sure to provide insurance information when prompted.

Next, you may be asked to enter your credit card information. Don't worry, if there is no charge for your visit, we will not charge the card.

Now complete the hardware check. Here Chiron Health checks to make sure your camera, microphone, and speakers are working.

 

Enter your appointment 15 minutes early

Just like the doctor's office, you want to arrive early. Enter the virtual waiting room 15 minutes before your scheduled visit by clicking the green “Start Appointment” button to begin!
